Hotel Railway is a vibrant neighbourhood pub located just minutes from Brunswick Station, serving modern pub classics with Mediterranean-inspired flavours. 

We are currently looking:

-Kitchen Porter (KP)

-Cook

Our service hours are:

- Tues to Thursday, 4pm to 9pm.

- Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 10pm.

- Some Mondays (Public Holiday)

*Kitchen Hand

Responsibilities:

- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning

- Assisting with basic food preparation

- Supporting the kitchen team during service

*Cook

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen environment

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service

- Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations

Pay Rate:

We are currently offering either a part-time or Casual position.

Part-time rates starting from $26.44 per hour (Level 1 KP), plus applicable penalty rates.

Casual rates starting from $33.05 per hour (Level 1 KP), plus applicable penalty rates.
